2882-2016 [49-34] Archaic Blade or Un-notched San Saba / Basetang made of a swirled purple, brown, peach, and gray color flint having some bulls-eyes in the stone matrix. This fine specimen measures approx 3 13/16" x 1 13/16" x 1/4" and has extremely fine bifacial primary percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking and selective workmanship to the desired form. The host stone is just gorgeous and is mega patinated with abundant mineral deposits. Condition is very good with minimal ancient use wear, G8 Quality. Was found on private property located in Uvalde County, Texas, X/DA Bob Crawford collection, x MBA. $300
 

 

2883-2016 [50-33] Pedernales Dart Point made of a well patinated speckled flint. This specimen measures approx 2 3/4" x 1 1/4" x 5/16" and has good bifacial pressure flaking followed by at least one ancient resharpening resulting in steep alternate left hand blade edge beveling, G6-7 Quality. Was found on private property located in Uvalde County, Texas, x MBA. $50
 

 

 

2889-2016 [96-22] Gobernadora or Axtel Dart Point or Hafted Knife made of a peach, cream, light brown, gray and white color swirled and speckled flint. This specimen measures approx 2 1/2" x 1 3/16" x 1/4" and has bifacial random percussion followed by a couple of stages of direct pressure flaking. The blade edges have worn serrations and overall has a slight beveled twist. Condition is decent with typical ancient use wear on the tip and barbs, G5 Quality. Was found on private property located in Maverick County, Texas, x Bob Crawford, MBA. $50
 

 

 

2891-2016 42-26] Pedernales Dart Point made of a swirled and mottled high quality Georgetown Flint. This fine specimen measures approx 2 5/8" x 1 3/16" x 1/4" and has superb bifacial pressure flaking resulting in a nice faceted appearance on and extra nice even edgework. It is in near mint condition and has a rich waxy to greasy patinated luster, G9 Quality. Was found on private property located at the Gold Sand Site in Lee County, Texas, x Dave Jones, MBA. $150
 

 

 

2870-2016) Nolan Dart Point or Hafted Drill made of a semi transparent rootbeer flint. Measures approx 3 1/8" x 1 1/8" x 3/16" and has superb bifacial pressure flaking, an elongated needle tip and alternate stem beveling. The stone is well patinated with a waxy luster and abundant mineral deposits. Condition is good with typical ancient use wear, G7-8 Quality. 2869-2016) Pedernales Dart Point made of pink and peach color heat treated banded flint. Measures approx 2 11/16" x 1 3/16" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by perimeter pressure flaking. Has a rich patinated and nicely mineralized luster with decent condition with a tiny bite off the tip, G5-6 Quality. Was found on private property located in Edwards County, Texas, x Nick Cavalini. $40
 

 

2868-2016) Abasolo gem made of a gorgeous clear, black, orange, and red color agatized petrified wood. Measures approx 2 5/16" x 1 1/4" x 1/4" and has superb bifacial pressure flaking along with a mega patinated and nicely mineralized luster. Condition is near mint on this cache G9.5 Quality relic, top shelf. Was found on private property located in South Texas, x Nick Cavalini. $300
 

 

2867-2016) Early Triangular Knife made of a waxy patinated Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures at 2 3/16" x 1 5/8" x 3/16" and has some of the finest bifacial oblique parallel ribbon pressure flaking that I have seen on a Texas relic. The blade edges and basal margin have secondary and tertiary workmanship resulting in a refined and beautiful artifact. Tip is worn from ancient use so G8 Quality. Was found on private property located in South Texas, x Nick Cavalini. $200
 

 

2866-2016) Large Pedernales made of a gray, brown and orange colored mottled flint. Measures approx 3 3/4" x 1 7/16" x 5/16" and has bifacial clamshell percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking resulting in a fairly thin well made artifact. It has an interesting double shoulders were the maker created the stem, then ground the lateral edges above the stem. One blade edge has a step right hand bevel and the stone matrix has a bullseye. Imho this was the personal knife of early man whom selected the stone for its beautiful qualities, but also made this relic with his distinctive features. Condition is very good with minor ancient use wear, G9 Quality. Was found on private property located in Bandera County, Texas, x Nick Cavalini. $300

Measures approx 2 3/8" x 15/16" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by fine pressure flaking. Overall in near mint condition, G7-8 Quality. 2822-2016) Lange or Carrollton Dart Point made of a beautiful mottled rootbeer flint. Measures at 2 3/16" x 3/4" x 1/4" and has bifacial collateral pressure flaking resulting in a median ridge on the dorsal face. The stone is very well patinated with a greasy and mineralized luster, G6 Quality. Was found on private property at the Atascosa County sand pit, x Rob Bartell. $40
 

 

2821-2016) Dalton or Angostura Dart Point made of an orange, brown, gray and red color flint. Measures 1 13/16" x 3/4" x 3/16" and has good bifacial pressure flaking and alternate right hand blade edge beveling. The lateral stem edges are moderately ground and the flint has a nice waxy patinated luster, G5-6 Quality. Was found on private property at the Atascosa County sand pit, x Rob Bartell. $50
 

 

 

2817-2016) Angostura Ultrathin Blade made of a brown color mottled Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures approx 3 11/16" x 1 9/16" x 3/16" and has superb bifacial percussion followed by skilled pressure flaking to form. This remarkably made relic may in fact be a cache blade, G8 Quality. 2804-2016 [84-3] Pedernales Dart Point made of semi transparent rootbeer flint. This specimen measures approx 2 7/16" x 1 3/16" x 3/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by pressure flaking to form. 2803-2016 [99-24] Pedernales Dart Point made of a semi transparent rootbeer flint with streaks of brown. This specimen measures approx 2 3/4" x 1 9/16" x 1/4" and has bifacial random percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking to form. 2801-2016 [19-9] Langtry Dart Point made of a pink, gray and white color speckled fossil coral or ooltic chert. This specimen measures approx 2 3/16" x 1 3/16" x 3/16" and has very fine bifacial pressure flaking resulting in a thin lenticular cross section, G7. The stone is well patinated with abundant mineral deposits as found on private property located in Presidio County, Texas, x MBA. $75
 

 

2800-2016 [51-28] Pedernales Dart Point or Knife made of a light to medium gray swirled flint. This specimen measures approx 2 3/4" x 1 3/8" x 5/16" and has random bifacial percussion followed by several stages of skillful direct pressure flaking to form. Overall in good condition with a nice tip, G6-7 Quality. The stone matrix has a section with drusy quartz crystals and patination is rich with a devitrified luster and nice mineral deposits. 2799-2016) Pedernales Hafted Knife made of a wonderful banded gray color flint. This beautiful relic measures approx 2 3/4" x 1 9/16" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by direct pressure flaking to form. Overall in decent condition save for an ancient auricle nick and use wear along the blade near the tip, G6 Quality. 2748-2016) Large Frio Walking Man Knife made of a cream, light to medium gray color Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures just shy of 3" in length x 1 9/16" x 5/16" and has superb bifacial collateral mixed with oblique pressure flaking. The base is stellar and classic to the type. This was likely a cache point or one that was hafted as a personal knife. It is in good condition save for a nicked tip, G8 Quality. Was found on private property at Nachos Screen Dig located at Camp Wood in Uvalde County, Texas by Eric Blanco. $200
 

 

 

2746-2016) Possible Red River Knife made of a cream color Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures approx 2 1/8" x 7/8" x 5/16" and has bifacial pressure flaking resulting in strong blade edge beveling and an asymmetrical shape. The stem has what appears to be remnant flutes one face which argues for the possibility that this knife was created by salvaging an earlier fluted point such as a Clovis. Overall in good condition and a nice tip, G6 Quality. Was found on private property located at the D2 Ranch located in Palo Pinto County, Texas by Eric Blanco. $85
 

 

 

 

2740-2016 [84-27] Pedernales Dart Point made of a beautiful butterscotch color flint. This specimen measures approx 2 9/16" x 1 1/2" 1/4" and has excellent bifacial percussion followed by pressure flaking and notching to form. 2739-2016 [90-13] Pedernales Hafted Knife made of a high grade pink color Pedernal Flint. This specimen measures approx 2 1/16" x 15/16" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by multiple stages of pressure flaking. The blade has been reduced by more than 50 percent from ancient resharpening leaving alternate left hand beveling, G5-6 Quality. Was found on private property located in Bandera County, Texas near Bandera Creek, x MBA. $35
 

 

2738-2016 [84-9] Darl Dart Point made of a light to medium gray color semi transparent greasy flint.  Measures approx 2 1/8" x 13/16" x 3/16" and has nice bifacial pressure flaking resulting in a thin lenticular cross section. 2736-2016 [92-1] Castroville Dart Point made of a light to dark gray banded Georgetown Flint. Measures approx 2 3/8" x 1 3/16" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by selective pressure flaking on each face resulting in a slightly curved plano convex cross section. 2734-2016) Pedernales Hafted Knife made of a white, off-white, and cream color mottled chert. Measures approx 2 9/16" x 1 1/8" x 3/8" and has random bifacial percussion followed by several stages of direct pressure flaking to form. Has strong alternate left hand blade edge beveling as well as a rich waxy and devitrified patinated luster, G6 Quality. Was part of a Texas collection, x Beau Spicer. $60
 

 

2733-2016) Uvalde Dart Point made of a light to dark gray color swirled flint. Measures approx 2 5/8" x 7/8" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion with select pressure flaking and light stem edge grinding to form. Has an elongated top and heavy midden calliche mineral deposits, G6 Quality. Was part of a Texas collection, x Beau Spicer. $60
 

 

2732-2016) Marcos made of a light to medium brown color banded flint. Measures 2 7/16" x 1 9/16" x 1/4" and has superb bifacial random percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking and notching to form. Overall has a nice tip and a mellow mineralized patinated luster, G7 Quality. Found in Texas but finder and exact location are unknown, x John Byrd Collection. $150
 

 

2667-2015 [81-3] Travis Lanceolate made of a light to medium gray color Georgetown Flint. Measures approx 2 7/8" x 7/8" x 5/16" and has bifacial collateral pressure flaking along with light stem edge grinding. Overall in fairly good condition with typical ancient use wear, G7 Quality. 2698-2015) Angostura or Early Stemmed Hafted Drill made of a cream, light brown, and gray color speckled chert. Measures approx 2 3/16" x 1/2" x 3/16" and has fine bifacial collateral pressure flaking resulting in median ridges. The stem is moderately edge ground with weak shoulders while the blade has moderate alternate right hand edge beveling. Condition is very good, G7 Tool Quality. 2683-2015) Castroville Dart Point made of a orange and peach color semi transparent agate. Measures approx 2 3/16" x 1 1/4" x 3/8" and has multiple stages of bifacial pressure flaking resulting a sturdy needle tip point. It is very heavily patinated with abundant mineral deposits, good condition, G7 Quality. Was found on private property along Coryell Creek north of Gatesville, Texas during the 1980's, x Gary Coen. $250
 

 

2682-2015) Bulverde Dart Point made of high quality light to medium gray and white color mottled Georgetown Flint. Measures approx 2 9/16" x 1 3/16" x 1/4" and has excellent bifacial pressure flaking resulting in a wafer thin lenticular cross section. Has a remnant fossil sponge in the stone matrix and is in fairly good condition save for a flea bite on the tip, G6.5 Quality. 2674-2015 [56-30] Ensor or Variant Sidenotch Dart Point made of a white color waxy chert. Measures approx 1 7/8" x 13/16" x 3/16" and has very fine bifacial pressure flaking resulting in slight blade edge serrations, G6.5 Quality. Was found on private property on a creek that empties into the San Gabriel River in February 2013, Williamson County, Texas, x MBA. $40
 

 

2673-2015 [56-28]  Nolan Hafted Blade made of a cream, orange, and gray color waxy Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures approx 2 3/4" x 1 1/4" x 3/16" and has excellent bifacial horizontal transverse followed by even edge pressure flaking to form. This is an extremely thin relic with a lenticular cross section. Overall has cache quality attributes, G8-9 Quality. Was found on private property on a creek that empties into the San Gabriel River in February 2013, Williamson County, Texas, x MBA. $200
 

 

2672-2015 [41-18] Pedernales Hafted Knife made of a beautiful cream and light brown color semi transparent speckled chert that has remnant of fossil coral polyps in the stone matrix. Measures approx 2 3/4" x 7/8" x 5/16" and has seen multiple ancient resharpenings which have reduced size by at least 50%, condition is fair with a blade edge nick, G4 Quality. Was found on private property located in Milam County, Texas, x MBA. $50
 

 

 

2669-2015 [B67-10] Pedernales Hafted Knife made of a medium gray and bluish white patinated semi transparent flint. Measures approx 3" x 1 5/16" x 1/4" and has fine bifacial random percussion followed by multiple stages of pressure flaking. The tip is near needle like and condition is decent, G6 Quality. Was found on private property in Williamson County, Texas, located near the San Gabriel River during the mid 1080's by McRae, x MBA. $75
 

 

 

2662-2015 [55-27] Bulverde / Langtry Dart Point made of a cream and gray color mottled waxy Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures approx 2 3/16" x 1 1/8" x 5/16" and has fine bifacial random percussion followed by selective pressure flaking. The long contracting stem is moderately edge ground and the tip is apiculated, G6-7 Quality. 2660-2015 [36-30] Castroville Hafted Knife made of a cream, brown, and olive color mottled Edwards Plateau Flint. 2659-2015 [10-25] Bulverde Hafted Knife made of a cream and gray color speckled chert. Measures approx 2 9/16" x 1 5/16" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking to form. This nice point has a specialized graver spur tip along with a spokeshave. Condition is very good, G7-8 Quality. 2655-2015 [56-32] Bulverde Dart Point made of a mottled gray and purple color high quality flint. 2645-2015 [21-6 21-9 21-15] Set of 4 Texas Archaic Points a couple of Bulverdes found near Sulfur Creek in Lampasas County, Texas; an Uvalde and a Perdernales found along the Leon River in Coryell County, Texas. 2639-2015 [B74-32] Set of 2 Texas Archaic Points, a Travis made of pink color heat treated chert and a Bulverde made of a heavily patinated gray color (possibly Owl Creek) chert. 2627-2015) Pedernales Hafted Knife made of a brownish gray color heavily patinated and calliche mineralized Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures approx 2 9/16" x 1 7/16" x 1/4" and has nice bifacial percussion followed by pressure flaking resulting in a thin lenticular cross section. 2615-2015 [21-32] Set of 2 Bulverdes made of a well patinated and mineralized Edwards Plateau Flint. The longest specimen measures approx 2 5/16" in length. Each point has heavy patination and mineral deposits along with ancient use wear resulting in resharping which have reduced the size by nearly half. Condition is decent, G5 Quality. 2611-2015 [21-35] Frio Walking Man Dart Point made of an orange, cream, and maroon color semi transparent flint. 2609-2015[B5-17] Castroville Basetang Knife made of a gray, white, and orange color plume agate or agatized petrified wood. Measures approx 2 5/16" x 1 1/2" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by selective pressure flaking. Has a somewhat uniface appearance with only secondary pressure work on the ventral face while the dorsal face is thoroughly flaked. Condition is good with minor ancient use wear, G7 Quality. 2714-2016) Marshall Hafted Knife made of a peach, maroon, cream, brown, and light gray color swirled heat treated chert. This specimen measures approx 3 1/2" x 1 7/8" x 3/8" and has bifacial random percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking and ancient resharpening. Overall is asymmetrical with one worn barb and has a worn graver spur like tip. Condition is fairly good and G6-7 Quality. This specimen measures at 2 3/16" x 15/16" x 3/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by direct pressure and even tertiary edgework. 87-2010) Cody Complex Lanceolate made of a gray tan, white, and off-white colored semi translucent chert with dark, gray inclusions. Measures approx 2 5/16" x 9/16" x 1/4". Workmanship is composed primarily of bifacial collateral pressure flaking resulting in very weak median ridges, while the stem is heavily ground with slight shoulders. This point may have experienced an ancient impact fracture that the maker skillfully revitalized using direct pressure flaking and whom created specialized graver spurs. The original length was likely about 4 . Overall morphology suggest affinity towards a Scottsbluff type of point, however the width of the stem is more Eden-like. The patina is extremely heavy with abundant mineral deposits. Was reportedly found in Travis Co, TX by James Gryar (sp?), x Joe Davis Coll. Dwain Rogers has evaluated this relic on 7/26/2010 and issued a COA as a Cody Complex. Comes with a NWAC COEP with a G7.45 grade. $200
