521-2010) Miniature Andersen or Eden Atlatl Dart Point made of a dark gray to black colored Glass Buttes obsidian. This specimen has incredibly tight bifacial ribbon flaking, weak shoulders, and slightly asymmetrical blade edges. It measures approx 1 5/8" in length and is G7 in quality. Was found during the 1920-60's in Malheur Co, OR on a private ranch located near Burns, x John Williams, Mark Berreth Colls, comes with a Rogers COA. On Hold, 11-17-2011

 

492-2010) Windust Dart Point, black opaque obsidian, this specimen has elite bifacial 'z-ribbon flaking', the stem is heavily ground and has auricles suggesting a transitional point from Windust to Cody. Length is at 3 3/16", found on private land located near Ft. Rock in Lake Co, OR by Clifford Brault an OAS member during the 1950's, x Warren Syring, Mark Berreth Colls, G8 Quality, comes with a Rogers COA. On Hold, 11-17-2011

 

546-2010) Extremely Rare Crescent Drill / Awl, Malheur Chert, 2 5/8" in length, G8 Quality, Best Example I have seen, comes with a Rogers COA. On Hold, 11-17-2011

 

884-2010) Composite Half Moon / Butterfly Paleo Crescent made of an opaque Black well patinated obsidian. This specimen was found by a collector named G. Spencer while surface hunting in the Blackrock Desert region of Nevada during the 1950's, x Randy McIntosh, Michael Hough, Terry Baxter Colls. This one has a clipped distal end otherwise is in good condition, G6 Quality and moderately large example of the type measuring approx 2 5/16", comes with a Rogers COA. On Hold, 11-17-2011

 

491-2010) Windust Dart Point / Knife made of an opaque black obsidian. This point was found by Carroll B Howe while surface hunting private land located near Silver Lake in Lake Co, OR during the 1960's, x Hank Johnson, Michael Hough, Terry Baxter Colls. Michael Hough had this relic published in Lar Hothem's Paleo-Indian Artifacts book on page 122, plate 1, number 2. Workmanship is incredible with a mixture of bifacial collateral and horizontal transverse pressure flaking as well as moderate stem grinding and longitudinal thinning. There are several blade edge nicks which result in a G4-5 quality grade. Patination and mineralization are moderately heavy and length 3 1/32", comes with a Rogers COA. On Hold, 11-17-2011

 

890-2010) Half Moon Plains Paleo Crescent made of a clear and black speckled moss agate that has a rich patinated luster and moderate mineral deposits. This specimen measures approx 2 3/8" in length, it has horizontal transverse mixed with collateral pressure flaking on each face. The excurvate cutting edge and distal ends exhibit ancient use wear so grade is G7-8 range, comes with a Rogers COA. GEM On Hold, 11-17-2011

 

891-2010) Half Moon Plains Paleo Crescent made of Knife River Silicified Lignite (Petrified Wood Resin similar to Amber). This superbly pressure flaked and formed specimen measures approx 2 9/16" in length, it is extremely thin and fine with moderate to heavy mineral deposits and a rich waxy patinated luster. Was reportedly found in Colorado, x Jim Bennett, comes with a Rogers COA, G8-9 Quality. On Hold, 11-17-2011
