2694-2015) Marcos Dart Point or Knife made of a pink color Pedernal Flint. Measures approx 2 3/16" x 1 5/16" x 5/16" and has random bifacial percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking. The blade is asymmetrical from ancient resharpenings, G5 Quality. Was found on private property along Coryell Creek in Coryell County north of Gatesville, Texas during the 1980's, x Gary Coen. $25
 


2671-2015 [93-15] Uvalde Dart Point made of a light to medium gray color mottled flint. Measures approx 2 3/8" x 1 1/4" x 3/8" and has seen multiple ancient resharpenings resuling in strong alternate blade edge beveling and a slightly elongated tip, G5 Quality. 2624-2015 [49-3] Bulverde Dart or Knife made of a mottled cream and tan color Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures approx 2" x 15/16" x 3/16" and has good bifacial pressure flaking and a ground stem. 2622-2015 [70-27] Pedernales Asymmetrical Hafted Knife made of a cream and tan color Edwards Plateau flint. Measures at 2 7/16" x 1 3/16" x 5/16" and has random bifacial percussion followed by selective pressure flaking resulting in moderate blade edge serrations. Condition is worn from heavy ancient use, G5 Quality. Was found on private property located at the Gold Sand Site in Lee County, Texas, x MBA. $25

2571-2015) Lange or Castroville Dart Point made of a light to medium gray mottled Edwards Plateau Flint. This specimen measures approx 2 9/16" x 1 3/16" x 5/16" and has good bifacial collateral percussion plus pressure flaking along with longitudinal stem thinning to form. 2563-2015) Castroville Dart Point or Knife made of a mottled light gray and tan color waxy Edwards Plateau Flint with a small bulls-eye in the stone matrix. This specimen measures approx 2 1/4" x 1 1/16" x 3/16" and is very thin with fine flaking. Overall in decent condition with a worn barb and lateral basal margin, G5 Quality. 2258-2015) Uvalde Hafted Knife made of a light brown and cream color chert. This specimen measures approx 2 7/8" x 1 3/16" x 1/4" and has bifacial random percussion followed by multiple stages of pressure flaking. The blade edge has irregular wear that appears to be the result of using this relic as a spokeshave, while the tip is nippled. Overall in worn condition, G4-5 Quality. Was found on private property located at the Gold Sand Site in Lee County, Texas by Keith Brown, x MBA. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $20
 

 

 

 

2494-2014 [36-4] Carrollton  Dart Point made of a banded rootbeer color semi transparent flint. This specimen measures approx 2 3/8" x 13/16" x 1/4" and has bifacial random percussion mixed with collateral pressure flaking to form. The slightly expanding stem has light to moderate grinding and the cross section is slightly rhomboid with a weak median ridge. Has a near needle tip but one blade edge has multiple nicks, G4 Quality. Was found on private property located in Williamson County, Texas, x MBA. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $20
 

 

 

2489-2014 [B14-28] Carrollton or Bulverde Dart Point made of a cream, tan, brown, and gray color mottled Edwards Plateau Flint. This specimen measures approx 2 3/16" x 7/8" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by pressure flaking and stem edge grinding to form. It is mega patinated with abundant midden calliche mineral deposits and a waxy luster. Had an ancient resharpening to salvage the point with a longitudinal impact shear from the tip towards the center of the blade, but overall in decent condition, G4-5 Quality. 2814-2016) Archaic Blade or Preform made of a semi transparent rootbeer flint. Measures approx 2 9/16" x 1 5/8" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by direct selective pressure flaking to form. The stone is well patinated and mineralized while the blade shows at least one ancient resharpening, G4-5 Quality. Was found on private property located in Uvalde Co, Texas, x Nacho Sanchez. $15

2810-2016) Mr. Twisty Pandale Knife made of a speckled brown color flint. This specimen measures approx 2 1/8" x 1 1/16" x 5/16" and has random bifacial percussion followed by multiple stages of pressure flaking and resharpening that has resulted in extreme blade edge beveling and torque. 2809-2016) Ensor Dart Point or Knife made of a rootbeer flint having remnant cortex on the stem. This well patinated and midden mineralized specimen measures approx 1 13/16" x 15/16" x 3/16" and has random bifacial percussion followed by pressure flaking. 2692-2015) Oakalla Dart Point or Hafted Knife made of a cream and pink color heat treated Edwards. This specimen measures approx 2 1/2" x 1" x 1/4" and has bifacial random percussion followed by selective pressure flaking. The stem is elongated and the blade is asymmetrical - has some remnant calliche mineral deposits. Condition is decent with typical ancient use wear, G5-6 Quality. 2663-2015 [23-16] Travis Dart Point made of a medium gray color greasy high quality Georgetown Flint. Measures approx 1 7/8" x 7/8" x 5/16" and has several stages of bifacial pressure flaking resulting in sturdy effective hunting dart. Patination is very rich with abundant mineral deposits. Condition is good, G6 Quality. Was found on private property near Liberty Hill in Williamson County, Texas, x MBA. $25
 

2649-2015) Bulverde Dart Point made of a cream and light gray color mottled Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures approx 2 1/16" x 1 1/16" x 1/4" and is thin with a lenticular cross section and fine bifacial pressure flaking. Has a rich waxy patinated / greasy luster with abundant midden calliche mineral deposits. Overall in nice condition, G6 Quality. 2475-2014 [72-16] Bulverde Dart Point / Knife made of a dark rootbeer color semi transparent flint. This specimen measures approx 2" x 13/16" x 1/4" and has bifacial random percussion followed by multiple stages of ancient resharpening which have greatly reduced the blade size. 2435-2014[4-15] Bulverde Dart Point or Hafted Knife made of a semi transparent pink and purple color high grade Pedernal Flint with a touch of cortex on the stem face. This specimen measures approx 1 15/16" x 1 1/16" x 1/4" and has bifacial random percussion followed by pressure flaking and lateral stem grinding to form. The blade size has been reduced more than 50% from subsequent ancient resharpening, G4-5 Quality. Was found on private property located in Llano County, Texas, x MBA. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $25
 

2695-2015) Uvalde or Oakalla Dart Point made of a brown, tan, and gray color mottled Rootbeer or Edwards Plateau Flint. Measures approx 2 11/16" x 1 3/16" x 5/16" and has thorough bifacial pressure flaking resulting in a somewhat apiculated tip. Condition is fairly good save for a small auricle nick, G5 Quality. 2519-2015) Morrill Dart Point / Knife made of a brownish, orange, and white color gravel chert. This specimen measures approx 2 1/16" x 15/16" x 5/16" and has bifacial percussion followed by selective pressure flaking to form. The blade has some curvature with a plano convex cross section while the stone has a rich patinated and mineralized luster. Overall in good condition, G5-6 Quality. Measures approx 2 11/16" x 1 1/4" x 5/16" and has very fine bifacial pressure flaking plus several subsequent ancient resharpenings to form. It is very well patinated and nicely mineralized and is in good condition, G6.5 Quality. Was found on private property located near Sulfur Creek in Lampasas County, Texas, x MBA. $35

Measures 2 1/16" x 15/16" x 3/15" and has bifacial random percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking. Has alternate left hand blade edge beveling along with a well ground stem with short pressure thinning strikes, G5-6 Quality. Measures at 2 1/2" x 1 1/16" x 3/8" and has bifacial random percussion followed by pressure flaking resulting in steep blade edge beveling. The stem has nice thining and moderate edge grinding, G5 Quality. Was found on private property at the Atascosa County sand pit, x Rob Bartell. $35
 

 

 

2892-2016 [65-34] Hoxie or Uvalde Dart Point made of a light to dark gray and brown color banded Georgetown Flint. Measures approx 2 11/16" x 3/4" x 5/16" and has bifacial collateral pressure flaking followed by even edgework and moderate stem edge grinding. Overall well made with a waxy patinated and mineralized luster. In terms of condition it has a fire potlid on one face so is G3 Quality. Was found on private property located in Williamson County, Texas in 2016, x MBA. $20
