2928-2016) Red River Cody Complex Knife made of an off-white and orange mineralized Hixton Quartzite.
 

 

 

 

1887-2014) Double Fluted Plains Clovis made of an orange and brown colored river stained banded and mottled flint. This specimen measures approx 2 15/16" x 1 3/16" x 5/16" and has direct bifacial percussion followed by a couple of stages thinning and even edge pressure flaking. It is fluted on each face and the stem is heavily ground along the lateral edges and basal margin. No brainer ancient authentic with a heavily patinated and mineralized luster as would be expected for a 11,500+ year old artifact. In terms of condition has a nick near the somewhat chiseled tip likely from tumbling along a rock bar, otherwise good condition and G7 Quality. Finder and exact location are unrecorded but believed to have been found in North Texas or Oklahoma, x Cody Garrett Collection. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $1,500
 

 

 

 

2837-2016) Adena Constricted Stem Dart Point made of a white and clear color vein quartz. Measures approx 1 5/8" x 13/16" x 1/4" and has bifacial random to direct pressure flaking followed by ancient resharpening resulting in alternate left hand blade edge beveling. Overall in good condition with typical ancient use wear, G5-6 Quality. This specimen was found on private property located in Wisconsin by Mert Cowley, x Scott Barnes. $75
 

 

 

 

2724-2016) Hi-Lo Paleo Dart Point made of a light to dark gray, brown and white color mottled Sonora Flint. Measures approx 1 5/8" x 1 1/6" x 5/16" and ahs bifacial direct percussion followed by collateral pressure flaking. The stem has short longitudinal pressure thinning strikes while the blade has some evidence of ancient resharpening. Overall in fair condition, G5 Quality. Was found on private property located in Meigs County, Tennessee, x Brandon Vanderver Collection. $75
 

 

 

 

2723-2016) Hopewell Dart Point / Hafted Knife made of a semi translucent rootbeer and gray color Flintridge Flint. This specimen measures approx 2 7/16" x 1" x 1/4" and has bifacial random percussion followed by pressure flaking to form. Overall in good condition, G6-7 Quality, x Mitch Lewis. Was part of a Salem, Illinois Collection. $75
 

 

 

 

2717-2016) Grand Dart Point made of a cream, light brown, gray and white color nodular chert with a distinctive bulls-eye in the stone matrix. This specimen measures approx 2 3/4" x 1 1/4" x 3/8" and has bifacial random percussion followed by a edge pressure flaking. Overall in fairly decent condition with typical ancient use wear and a few blade nicks consistent with a field find, G6 Quality. Was found on private property located in Lafayette County, Missouri, x Jacob Vahle. $100
 

 

 

 

2722-2016) Hidden Valley or Adena Dickson made of a black, gray, and light brown color petrified wood. This specimen measures approx 2 9/16" x 1 11/16" x 3/8" and has bifacial clamshell percussion followed by pressure flaking to form. Overall in fair condition with a worn tip, G5 Quality. Was reportedly found in Arkansas, county is unrecorded, x Rick Stevens Collection. $200
 

 

 

 

2721-2016) Afton or Williams Hafted Knife made of a brown, black, and white color Pitkin Flint or possibly a petrified wood. This specimen measures approx 2 3/8" x 1 3/8" x 3/8" and has bifacial random percussion followed by selective pressure flaking. The top third of the blade is strongly beveled from several ancient resharpenings. Condition is  good and G7 Quality. Was found on private property located in Boone county, Arkansas by Davis Menz, x Eric Durham, John Fish, and Rick Stevens Collections. $225
 

 

 

 

2608-2015) Adena Dart or Hafted Knife made of a translucent crystal quartz. Measures approx 2 1/6" x 15/16" x 3/8" and has bifacial percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking from subsequent ancient resharpenings. Condition is good, G6-7 Quality. Crystal points found out of the Carolinas are very scarce and likely served as charms. Was reportedly found in Arkansas, finder information is unrecorded, x WCA. $250
 

 

 

2588-2015) Godley Dart Point made of a gray, cream, light brown, and white color banded flint. Measures approx  1 15/16" x 1 3/16" x 5/16" and has bifacial random percussion followed by selective pressure flaking. The stone is well patinated and mineralized while condition shows typical ancient utilitarian use wear, G5 Quality. Was found on private property located in Clay County, Arkansas, x Jacob Vahle Collection. $40
 

 

 

 

2341-2014 Osceola Dart Point made of a mottled strawberry and cream colored chert. Measures 2 7/16" x 7/8" x 1/4" and has bifacial random percussion followed by pressure flaking to form. This relic is very well patinated with some bleaching and some mineral deposits. Condition is very good with a fine tip and good form, G7-8 Quality. Was found by Bob Howard in Missouri, x Jim Bennett. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $75
 

 





2019-2014) Decatur or Rice Lobbed Dart Point made of a swirled gray and white colored Mozarkite Chert. This specimen measures approx 2 9/16" x 13/16" x 5/16" and has good bifacial primary percussion followed by several stages of pressure flaking. The blade edges are strongly beveled on each face with moderate serrations, while the basal margin is moderately ground. Patination is very heavy with abundant mineral deposits. Condition shows wear and tear to the tip, blade edges and barbs so G4-5 Quality. Was found on private property located in Pulaski County, Missouri, x Larry Soss. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $50
 





2015-2014) Mehlville / Wade Hafted Knife made of a white, light to dark gray colored nodular chert with a bulls eye in the stone matrix. This specimen measures approx 2 3/8" x 1 3/4" x 5/16" and has random bifacial percussion followed by selective pressure flaking. It has sweeping umbrella barbs one of which is nicked so G5 Quality. Has a nice waxy patinated luster with good mineral deposits. Was found on private property located in Pettis County, Missouri, x Larry Soss. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $35
 






2006-2014) Sedalia / Archaic Blade made of a off-white and light gray colored nodular flint with a bulls eye. This specimen measures approx 3 11/16" x 1 1/2" x 3/8" and has some very nice bifacial percussion followed by pressure flaking. Condition is decent save for a tip nick and a rough area in the center of the eye, G5-6 Quality. Was found on private property located in Cole County, Missouri, x Larry Soss. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $125
 





1808-2013) Mantazas Dart Point made of a  brown, gray, cream, and orange color nodular bulls eye flint. This attractive specimen measures approx 2 7/16" x 7/8" x 3/8" and has a mixture of bifacial collateral with random pressure flaking. The stem has shallow side notches and the blade has steep beveling. Overall the stone is well patinated with a waxy luster and condition is very good and G7 Quality. Was reportedly found in Missouri, county and finder information are unrecorded,  x David Menz Collection. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $75
 





1775-2013) Standlee Dart or Knife made of an orange, cream and gray colored spring or creek stained banded flint that may be a Mozarkite. This specimen measures approx 2 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 3/8" and has random bifacial percussion followed by a few stages of direct pressure flaking. This was a much larger point at one time but has been anciently resharpened by at least 40% resulting in some blade asymmetry. Still in very good condition and G6-6.5 Quality. Definitely has a nice mellow patinated and mineralized patinated luster. Was reportedly found in Butler Co, Missouri, x Bradley Rogers Collection. Comes with a NWAC SOP. $40
